First Timer
I am a 33 yr old male, I weigh 230 but very big boned. My problem areas are love handles, stomach, and man boobs. I started my first cycle or pentadex a month ago. Results are there but slow. I have a trainer and doing nothing but weights. He tells me to focus on building muscle and the extra fat will disappear. I will be starting my cutting with Winnie in 3-4 weeks. I started pen with 1cc of 250mg for the first 2 weeks. On the 3rd week I started pinning the same amount Saturdays and Wednesday's. I just started week 5. So I guess my questions is, do you all agree that I should continue strictly building muscle....my hopes are that when I start cutting, the little bit of extra fat in my problem areas will just disappear. Any other tips??

Welcome... Increasing muscle mass will certainly burn more fat, but the extra fat in your problem areas will be the last to go. You need to get your eating in order. Visit the nutrition section of our board; read and post any questions there and you will get many more opinions.

You are what you eat, literally. Sppend some time in the nutrition section like brazey suggested and get your dietary plan in order. Diet and exercise has a synergetic effect on your goals.
