Greetings all! 39yo from Singapore, ht 170 wt 78kg. Has been training alone on and off for past 10 years. Took a break of more than 3 years 4 years ago due to work. Then finally engaged a personal trainer at boutique gym and train seriously 3 times a week. Have been researching about gears and have on hand some test e, var, hgh, clomid and t3. Will start 1st cycle when back from holiday next weekend and will train 5 times a week. Just done health check, including blood test, and all are good. Hope to bulk lean and lose some bodyfats, will watch diet and nutrition carefully. Hope to hear from all, including fellow countryman, soon.
