Well that's the age for us over 40's !!

Been following a few threads and I've made a few comments I think il move around newbies and over 40's started training at 15 and a lumbar disc prolapse and snapped Achilles heel in 3 places later I'm in my best shape ever..... Just got to dial in my diet during cutting in 2 months

45 yrs young now !!
