    hello long time since i last did a cycle

    hi im a 24years old did ive been training natural and wanting to do another cycle its been about 1 1/2 since i did one so i signed up here to get more knowledge ive been reading as much as possible and was hoping to get some good advice ive tried other forums but no one has really reasponded.
