I know very little about roids actually, i just know taking them orally is bad for your liver.
I have a few sources, but don't know of any nutritionist or physicians I can get guidance from or consult with.
I have been lifting since I was 15/16. I peaked in size around 26/27. I have been the same size since, only fluctuating in bodyfat. I have never been injured and have taken off weeks here and there. I played college ball at 215lbs. Ideally, I would like to balloon up to about 245lbs at about 9-9.5% bodyfat. What do you guys think?
