New here, know enough to introduce myself.
Hey everybody!
I've floated around on a few forums a little. I'm new to this one, looks like a great place with some good members.
I've been lifting for around 3 years and have 3 runs so far. I've been on the forums for around 2 years, but recently time has kept me away from the boards (7-8 months) and even worse the gym (last month or so)
I'm going to hit the weights hard and get what I want damnit! I figured this is a step in the right direction - getting involved in the boards that is, I know it helps with motivation. Im 6'6" and a couple months ago I was 268 with 15% now im 245 with around 13% - no gym time and busting my well... muscle apparrently. - Time to get my ass in gear and get this going!
