Hey guys,
New member, 27 years old 5'9" 162~ lbs
My heaviest was 168lbs about 3 months ago and since then I've been reducing my calorie intake because I was just gaining fat, not muscle.
Joined the forums because the topic is so complex and the knowledge is deep and I learn best by discussion and open forum.
My goal right now is to absorb information and later on I can make that decision as to whether I want to enter the world of practical use or not.
Been training for around 4 years, went from 139lbs to where I'm at now, a skinny white kid with oddly large quads.
Working hard to balance out my frame but my upper body doesn't take as well to training as my legs do...
