49 Years young!

Started cycling 5 years ago... have been up to 385 x 3 on bench... Very picky about my lifts these days....so you young bucks, enjoy your youth - and don't get cocky - like I was. Ha! Your day is coming.

Getting to know my Orthopedic doc really well. Right and Left shoulder surgeries, right elbow, Left knee and left ankle. Ruptured my bursa on my left knee.. Back to doc in Aug (take advantage of my reaching my deductible) to remove left knee bursa, and trim up left shoulder again....
