obviously I am new to the forum. I weight train 5 days a week for almost 4 years, natural. pretty good shape.
now 20 years later I start back. I have been sober for a year, working out 4 days a week for 11months. Now I have to get a job paying what I was making last year, so I do not have to live in the same house as the wife I am seperated from.
I thought quiting drinking was hard. Anyway I am 42 6"2 205 and have gone from 24 % bodyfat to 15.
