    Great advice

    Been reading the posts on here thanks to my search engine, now im a member. Was at AM and still look there too, but these days this site is more my speed.

    I had been at a few other boards too until I came across this one.. Best on the internet IMO.. What drew me in was the responsible advice and backing with studies instead of lots of bro-science like many other sites.
