Glad to finally be on here. Been reading ALOT of posts on here some are good and some are straight up funny as hell! So let me get started.
Im 33 5'9 145lbs yep that's right light as hell! Lol
Body fat? I wish! But on a good note Im getting cut up pretty fast.
Been going to the gym quit often ( 1year and half)
Done some test e and eq 10 week cycle about 10 years ago and seen a bid change.
Went from 135 to 165 and kept it for about 1 year and lost track.
So there it is will be looking for good tips and suggestions along the way.
