Hello Everyone, Im Patrick from VA.. I have a high interest in Body Building.. 6'1 180. Goal for the next 6 months is 250.. recently quit smoking 2.5 months ago.. from scale of 1 to 10 i would rate my strenth an 8 in proportion to my body, Endurance/cardio- a 3.5 to 4.. really need to work on that. I would appreciate an tips from experienced members. I have been spending a lot of time on here reading.. Really anxious to juice but i am trying to be patient so that i can find a good source/product.. I am enjoying this forum very much and if you experienced members can message me and introduce yourself i would appreciate it..
