hi mike here. retired military guy just wanting to get some good info about trying to get back into better shape...you know.. get more muscle and loose a higher percentage of all the body fat i've acquired in my life.... the drinking kind haha
I also have a back disability, so heavy workouts and lots of intensive cardo isn't an option for me.
I do eat better than most Americans already, just looking for a little assist in the battle against old body fat.
Any suggestions are aceptable. thanks :)
