I'm looking to build strength not so much to build muscle. I'm 69 and in very good shape.
I play around 200 softball games a year at a very high level. I'm thinking That prop 600 would be
a good one, but I'm wondering if any one has heard of cpy 250 Mg for a follow up after the prop 600.
Or something equal. I'm new so please I could use some advise.
