    Cool Hello Everyone!!

    Just joined your forum so I'll tell a little about myself.

    Names Seth, I'm 18 years old 5"10 and 170lbs. I use to workout religiously in high school. I had a shoulder injury 9 months ago, and just started going to the gym Monday. Boy does it feel great. My shoulder still hurts when working my shoulders out and etc. I just got my shipment of the Insanity Workout so I can get cut quick. I've always been more of a bulky guy(not fat) with a big natural chest, so I took advantage of it and worked out . I'm not looking to get on a cycle just yet (trust me I've researched for 5 months), but I'd just like to be able to come to a forum and talk about body building. Since I haven't worked out in so long my bench went to shit, I can only bench 185 comfortably without killing myself!! I'd like to get it up to about 315 by the end of this year.
