New member, second cycle. Could use some advice on Gyno

So I ran my first cycle about a year ago, it was Test E, Dbol (first 4 weeks) and Deca for 12 weeks without any negative impact other than a bit of back acne.
I'm currently running Test P + Tren A at 65/65 ED. I jumped into it without anything on the side as I went through the first cycle with such ease. I realise it was reckless and idiotic. Anyway, here is the problem: I've developed a lump under my right nipple... it was sore for a few days but now it's fine, lump remains. I'm wondering what the best course of action to stop it in its tracks right now? I can get almost anything within 2 days.
I feel like an idiot and I realise most of you will simply think I don't deserve to even be running such a powerful steroid, but I'd really appreciate your help.
Also, advice on a good PCT for this cycle. I will run it for 8 weeks.
