Hey guys, Canadian lifter here. Been doing some research on Anavar , and is it really the safest steroid on the market today? I am looking to build some more muscle/lower my bodyfat in the process. I'm not looking to put on tons and tons of mass, as I want to stay lean and aesthetic which is why I have been leaning towards Anavar. Will I even put on noticeable mass if my diet/training is in check? I've heard it is a cutting steroid. Thanks so much.

naw im 19 i feel once your old enough to pay your own bills and take care of yourself the decisions u make are all your own, its not like your 16 and self concious about how u look u hit puberty along time ago and ull get some ball shrinkage but it will come back..haha

Unless you look like Shawn Ray did at 19, 19 is way too young. You'll rob yourself
of too much natural growth.

It's common to hear people think that they've maxed out their potential at 19 or 20
where strength and size are concerned. It's rarely, if ever, true. After 25 years in the gym,
I suspect that most people, with their diet dialed in and their head on straight, put on some of the best
quality muscle they'll carry between 20 and 25yo.
