Welcome.
I'm here to have some advice on taking different type of roids - the time of the cycle - the effects - what to take during the ON/OFF cycle! Thanks in advance for the answers guys!
Your already a big guy, you been lifting for 5 years, I bet you could add another 20-30lbs without gear in the next 5-6 years then hit the anabolics
I'm big genetically - I gain muscle fast, but also little bit of fat, so I gotta have a clean diet which I do - I'm a mesomorph, same for my older brother (he is 29 years old 5 feet 11 and 210 pounds)! I'm obviously not gonna take roids right now! I'll do my research and take as much advice as possible!
Welcome...
Welcome to the board. First thing you'll hear is wait till you're 25 at least. Lots of info here and the members are very helpful, but the only cycle advice you'll get is to stay natural for a few more years.
Again welcome. This board is a treasure trove of info if you're patient enough to look for it.
Thanks lestat85 and brazev! Obviously, I'll here that staying natural is the best way, and I understand - mainly the side effects! I would like to hear from everyone - their experience during the cycle and also after, but most important beforethe cycle! How did u guys plan ur cycle? Message me for anyone that would like to give me advice seriously! I wouldn't mind having mentors!

I would strongly recommend not giving out that kind of personal contact info publicly. Not sure if it's against the rules, but not a good idea.
The guys here are happy to help and answer questions, as long as you're doing your research.
As far as experiences during and after, I can't help. I'm still learning and getting ready for my first cycle.
haha! I did notice right after posting it! I had to edit it my last post! How long have been weighlifting lestat85?
Working on my 5th year. I have a really hard time gaining weight and used to just eat as much of anything I could. Now I'm working on cleaning up my diet and getting my bf% down. Looking to start bulking up again in the fall and try to push my weight up to about 200lbs.
I don't find it gaining weight, but rather loosing it - I'm cutting during summer and as soon as the snow comes, or even before, I will start bulking again! My goal right now is a good 220 pounds with low bf%!
I'd ultimately like to hit about 225lbs. I'm 6', so I think I could hold the weight pretty well. It'll take a couple years though, I think.
My main focus right now is my diet and bf%. I let myself get up to 20% and was losing my motivation from a lack of results. Changed my workouts and am still working on the diet.
My current diet to cut!
Meal 1 - 5 eggs + 2 black bread + fruits
Meal 2 - 1 scoop whey + 1 pack of oatmeal
Meal 3 - Tuna + beans + veggies
Preworkout - 2 scoop superpump
Postworkout - 1 scoop iso + 3 scoop of gatorade
Meal 4 - chicken or red meat + brown rice + veggies
Meal 5 - 1 scoop of iso + a little snack (dark chocolate) - if I'm really hungry I take 2 slices of swiss cheese with one black bread!
I drink a lot of water !
Any advice on foods that can be eaten either raw or cold? I work in a truck and cannot heat up food during the day. My mornings are pretty rushed and I avoid cooking so as to not wake my kids up at 5am, since I workout at 6am before work.
I just changed my plan after guys here pointed out I was taking way too many shakes.
A sample day currently is:
Pre and post gym - 1 scoop protein with 1/4 cup oatmeal
Meal 1 rice, chicken and veg
Meal 2 chicken sandwich on 100% whole wheat
Meal 3 chicken, mixed veg
Still needs a lot of tweaking, but it's a start. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
Welcome!
Thanks stevet68! I would say add more fish to your diet lestat85! You don't even need to heat it during the day - mix tuna with quinoa or couscous and add some herbs and veggies! It's also a good meal before your workout - having chicken or red meat isn't really good an hour or two before a workout, it takes 3-4 hours for it to go in your bloodstream, however it takes an hour or so for fish to go in your bloodstream! I would say replace your whole wheat bread (if you wanna lower your bf%) with pumpernickel bread! You could also have barley (with a protein shake)in the morning before your workout if you don't want fish!
