I'm a 49 yr old CPT who has been doing the fitness thing for about 7yrs. I'm 6' 190lb. and run somewhere between 13 and 14% BF (which could be better, but for my age I'm not complaining). I have been altering my morning workout to stress more resistance. Need more size. Guess it's never to late to scratch the itch. Anyway, I just got saddled with a big ole' ranch and no one is anywhere close so it's time to get busy. Will be increasing to a total resistance program in the next few days and eliminate the cardio aspect of my morning workout altogether. Will be asking questions but will try not to be annoying.
