quick overall about me:
I love the gym, exercise and any type of out door activities where you get your limits tested and the strength of your heart shown.
I've been hitting the gym for over half my life and still find new ways to change it up to keep me coming back day in day out.
i've rowed surf boats, paddled outriggers, played Rugby and never passed up an opportunity to get amongst what ever came up next.
my goal? find a way to strip down.
