hey everyone i am new to the board and just looking to expend my experince. At one time i was in really good shape I am 5'11'' and weigh around 250 with i guess about a 25 to 30% bmi. About 5 years ago i was around 265 with a 14% bmi and my raw bench was 440 squat 600 and deadlift around 500. Other day my bench was 285 and i felt like a sissy lol. So feel free to hit me up with any advise or help. I ues to go to cellblock in Manchester Tn and there are a lot of guys there with great knowledge on power lifting with the owner ranked around #5 in the world in the 185s i believe. I have since bought alot of my own stuff and just trying to get back into things. So hit me up.
