So I've bought a course of T Bullets...
I'm 24
165lbs
6'0
I'm reading up on them and wondering if I should have the recommended 2 tabs a day, or just 1.
From what I've read, you should only have two if your 14 stone +, but they 2 is recommended?
I know everyone is different but am I likely to receive side effects, such as extreme cramps, shin bumps, hot sweats etc...having two a day??
Any advice is appreciated.
