Need help
Im 14 years old and theres kids older than me 1-2 years older (in the same grade) and lifting around 225 for reps and over 315 squats for reps and i wanna catch up and people said they told them they were on the juice and i wanna do this safe (liver protection, etc.. ) recommend me a stack! thank you
