    I don't go to a gym

Finally joined a form after googling and researching AAS for quite some time. About to start my second cycle. First cycle was awesome and all the gains were made in my living room with two dumbbells and a couple of p90x videos. So, I thought I may be bringing a little something different to this board. I went against some of the popular "rules" such as dont use AAS if you have 26% body fat, over 35 years of age, don't have diet in check, haven't been working out for 5 years and many others. Of course, I always found someone who said if you do it this way, then it can be done...and I did. I know a lot of those "rules" are just precautions with assumptions that the user may not know what they are doing but the educated person can use AAS regardless of most situations.

the "rules" are there for your safety. of the thousands that visit this board daily, these "rules" are set up to try and keep everyone safe. You are always free to do on your own what you please.

I agree that the rules are there for safety and that is why I wrote that rules were for precautionary reasons. The only thing I have to bring to this table is experience in one single cycle. I have a lot to learn and that is why I am here. Thank you for the welcomes. I wish you all the best.

So far I am learning from other folk's mistakes and my own. I would say I am doing pretty well considering I have one good cycle under my belt and I don't meet the standard "criteria" to use AAS (Also, I did thrown in some Tren on cycle 1). Sometimes I think that those that make rules on these boards are just bitter because they feel they wasted many years not using AAS and they see how fast goals can be met on gear.

I don't think there is anyone here that is a part of a conspiracy to keep you or anyone else from getting big.

Also, not sure what these "rules" are that you keep talking about. There are some guidelines here that are popular (don't use AAS when you are very young, fat or haven't been lifting for a while) but there are no rules. Actually, you will find some people here that will encourage you to do anything you suggest, no matter how stupid.

Come on Johnny. Tell him the truth.

We're just trying to keep all the gear for ourselves so no one can be as big and sexy as the rest of us here. There are no risks. We just make that stuff up to scare of everyone else because we ARE the elite and no one else should look as good as us.

.......people will believe anything they want. It's a shame and as Marcus said, some people just need to learn things the hard way.

Okay - I give up. I will live and learn. I have been reading these boards for about 6 months before I finally joined. A lot of you guys probably are responsible for my first cycle success. Yes, I know what an AI is and I need a lot since I am fat. Good to be hear fellas and I appreciate all advice as I can take it or leave it.

I doubt you read this board 6months. If so you would have cycled that fat with p90x.

Welcome, I wonder what kind of result you could have attained without drugs and stronger commitment to diet and exercise. So are you still doing the program and whats next???

I agree and how can you discern between how much the aas contributed to your "success" vs the p90x. You would have achieved good results without the aas.

I did P90x without gear one time around and the results were not as dramatic as when I was on. I was joking about an AI my friend. I had enough knowledge to have a very good cycle without wrecking myself. There is nothing wrong with getting on gear with high body fat, IF the conditions are right and you take certain precautions. TRT is prescribed for fat people every day. I agree that erring on the side of caution with most folks when it comes to AAS, but sometimes, not giving any advice is more detrimental than telling them how to do it if they insists on doing it. Did I mention that I am old too? 39 with big goals to reach by 40!

Totally disagree with this comment. Fat people being prescribed TRT is alot different to fat people doing a cycle. The doses for TRT and cycles are very different. Most fat men could avoid TRT if they didn't have such high body fat.

If the conditions are right and you take certain precautions, taking AAS and being overweight can go hand and hand. I have done it and seen it done many times to success.

What are the "right conditions" and "precautions"? A higher body fat to lean body mass ratio increases the amount of estrogen and reduces receptor sensitivity. Most AASs negatively impact the lipid profile escalating LDL, cholesterol and lowering HDL. This would be far more serious in overweight individuals already prone to cardiac issues die to higher bf%.

[QUOTE=MuscleInk;6105104]What are the "right conditions" and "precautions"?

Some fatter folks are in very good cardio shape and have great cholesterol levels. Ever seen a fat person finish a marathon? I have seen many fat folks that could run circles around "fit", low body fat folks. They may have already lost 100lbs. GW50 can drastically improve cholesterol very quickly while on cycle. Estrogen is a big concern but can be controlled by Arimidex (higher dose for fatter folks) and for some, low dose nolvadex thrown in there - depends upon individual sensitivity (blood test estradial levels).

Also, I am going to keep all my cycles no more than 8 weeks. Quite a transformation eh? I had blood test run mid cycle and my estradiol levels were way high so I have made some adjustments - trial and error.

Not bad, not bat all. . . Good job!

Of course like everyone else says, that was attainable naturally. But, juice does ease it up. . . . Looking good, keep it up!
