    First cycle Sustanon 250

    Hi Everyone, this site is great and so far I've done my research on cycles, pct and effects. I wanted to share my cycle info with everyone and ask for some opinions. I will be using Sustanon 250 for 8 weeks (inject every 6 days) , Nolvadex 20mg per day for duration of cycle and wait 17 days after last injection to start the PCT of 40/40/20/20 of Nolvadex as well. I have been taking Novadex 10mg per day for the last 3 days and will do so for the next 7 days before I begin my Sustanon cycle. I heard that Nolvadex before your cycle will get your body in gear to combat the estrogen better, is this right? I'm doing 8 weeks so as not to cause any undue effects plus that is my current supply.
    What should be my realistic expectation going in and is taking 20mg per day Nolvadex during my cycle enough to minimize gyno and water retention. I was thinking 7-10pounds of lean muscle to build using the above, am I correct?

    My stats are:

    170lbs
    36 yrs old
    5'10"
    BF% 14%
    4/5 times gym per week

    I'm very interested in your opinions. please share...

    Welcome Wellsdelta, this is the intro section you will want to post this question in the Anabolic Q&A forum for better feedback.

    Not enough sust to bother shutting down your natural production of test, do some research first and rethink this. Sust is not a good first cycle choice.
