I am 43 and about a year ago started working out again(haven't since last football game at 23)lol
When I started I was 6'2 270 40 inch pants
Now thanks to the doc and Cyp I am at 228 with 36 waist and starting to enjoy my looks
Still would like to lose the little roll I have now but it will come
I train cardio daily and lift 3 on1 off.
I am happy to find this site for a lot of reasons--new workouts and what should I be taking. My doc is now my running buddy and will write me me any script I want. So if anyone has any suggestions I can't wait to hear from you. Thought about deca just don't know enough about
