Long story short, this time last year I was a fat ****. I decided I wanted to stop being a fat ****.

So I cleaned up my diet immensely. Took myself from 266 lbs to 185 lbs within 7 months. (6'0.5 ft tall) Before January of this year I had not ever had a real workout in my life, but I made a commitment to be in the gym at least 4 times a week. So far I have not broken it. Took my measly 145 bench press to 240. It's not a lot of weight, but I am satisfied with my progress thus far.

I am 22 years old, and not thinking about using aas yet. But I am doing my research for the day I finally am ready. I also just find the subject intriguing.

    Welcome and congrats.

Duane, you can start your own thread for more responses as you probably won't get any by ripping someone else's.
