    hello

    Newbie, just introducin myself. 35yo first cycl. Started feeling tired alot, gained some belly fat, standard issue for my age, so felt now was the time to start augmentation. did a fair amount of research first, like the site, learned alot.

    Started with a dose of 500mg of test e, then 3-400mg of test e or cyp/wk. then 50mg tren. acetate the morning before a lunch/afternoon workout 3x a week, i do jiu-jitsu the other 3 days and rest one. 6wks in, and seeing good gains and not having any side effects except my wifes taking a beating lol. got nolv on the way, think ill cap it at ten wks and start my pct.

    I have a 4wk winny cycle, but it sounds like rough stuff, so rather than do that at the end of the 10wks like i was, think ill save that for round 2 and score some (t)/udca first.

    Was thinking 10-12 wks off after, then round two base it at 500mg test-e/cyp and maybe lay some deca on it.

    If i intend on more cycles, should i just lower the test to a small dose 50-100 mg or something in the interim to and wait on the pct, and do a 90 day rest after cycle 2? Just wondering about the yo-yo effect, but i also dont want to fry my endocrine system by not letting it go back natural for that long.

    Everyone seems knowledgeable and helpful, figured id post what i got goin on so the vets can critique my greenhorn ass haha, thanks!

    Welcome...Could you post your stats including training experience? Might be best to do so in the Q&A. Lay out your cycle too.

    Something like:
    Test....
    Tren....
    Cyp.....

    And how many weeks of each.

    You will get more responses. I am interested as well.

    And winny isn't as rough as tren.

    When I said rough I meant liverwise, is tren that rough on the liver as well?

    I started going to the gym with my dad at 15, Im 6'3, in my early 20s I walked around about 240 with low body fat.

    Late 20s got married and busy and then hurt my knee, so was kinda sloppy at 215 when i got my knee surgery 3 yrs ago, rehabbed it and then got back in shape starting about a yr ago. Cut down to 185 natural, then started the heavier lifting and was 193.

    wk-1 500mg teste enanthate
    wk-2 400mg test cyp
    wk-3----- 400mg test cyp
    -----50mg trenbolone acetate m,w,f
    wk-4- same as 3
    wk-5 same as 3

    at 217 right now

    do my big weight, chest and such 3 days a week, then jiu-jitsu and the other weights the other 3 and rest 1.

    hows that. and what of the intervals between and such?
