Im George, 29yr 80KG (5'11). a year ago I was in a bike accident and had my left shoulder AC joint dislocated pretty bad. Went into surgery to stabilize the joint which after months of healing and being in a sling was done incorrectly and my shoulder split again. For months I was told to redo the surgery but have been too busy, I will be doing it in the next few weeks which means another 6 weeks in a sling and 6 MONTHS before I can do any lifting or racket sports etc.
This basically means that for 18 months I would not have done any kind of proper excerise besides physio therapy. Pre accident I was a regular gym goer and played squash, swimming etc. I did some weight lifting and was pleased with increase over a years time with regular supplements protein etc .. creatine at one point.
Iv'e now lost most of that muscle gain and gained a lot of body fat. Stamina gone down, I smoke ciggerates and drink beer. But I am still only slightly over weight. Im here to learn more about what I can do after recovery to get me back on track. Ive been doing a lot of research on HGH and anavar. Just need one cycle maybe 2 to turn the fat into muscle and perhaps slight muscle mass gain but more importantly strength gains that will help me really get back into working out. Also looking for an experienced personal trainer and might setup a program for me to slowly go back into body building.
