Welcome brother! I am also a hardgainer coming up from 125lbs! I'm now 160lbs as of this morning... You'll find what you need to know here but be sure to take what you hear as constructive criticism. Everyone here cares about fitness and devotes a ton of time an knowledge for free. Youve got a lot of work ahead of you but you can do it no problem!! Good luck!
