    Hello all, i am a 39 year old man over weight and looking to loose weight and bulk up! I am 255lbs and was wanting to start a cycle! what are your thoughts for beginners over weight?

    Orlando Florida Been working out for about 3 weeks about 1 hour a day 5 days a week! Trying to eat good but no diet really!

    Welcome... Also, you need to workout for a few years (not 3 weeks) before starting aas or you risk injury to your joints.

    in this forum you can learn how to eat properly. do your home work, read and ask some questions and in a near future you'll be in charge of your own diet & training regimen. I wish you best bro!

    I am in Tampa, At 40 yo I was 5'9 230 lbs last September when I started working out again. My Dr. put me on HRT I was and am working out 30 to 90 minutes a day five daw. I am down to 190 and have added at least 10 lbs muscle. I want to drop another 15 lbs but I look pretty good the way I am. I am at 16% bf now. I just started my second cycle and probably my last. I may do one cutting cycle after this. I am really happy with the way I look but I am trying to get my arms proportionate with my chest, back and shoulders. To avoid injury I was careful not to move up in weight to much on my first cycle. I became much stronger than my body was ready for so I adjusted my workout. Many disagree with what I have done but it has worked for me. But I would workout at least six months before you think about it. The longer the better

    You need to spend a few years in the gym bro.Need to build a base and get bf down to 15% before you cycle.Good luck bro
