    Ive joined a gym I just need to get back on a normal sleeping schedule and a few other things like finding a local MD then I can hit the gym all day the way I like to ive been working out on and off a few months now I can bench a weak ass 200 pounds (no offence) so thanks for the welcome

    My main goal was always power and size, Also im still fat ive lost 100 pounds and now I want to burn off the rest without skin hanging and im wondering if I can take a something in a stack to burn the fat while getting power and size insted of having surgery down the road cuz even a doctor might agree thats a good idea
