I would suggest you double the squat and dead lift. the bench will come as your entire body gets stronger! Good luck John

Read up on some power lifting training cycles. I train legs twice, 3 hours each time. deads a week once to max. bench twice. One day is light all over. Intensity and volume just keep increasing. Sounds simple but i am talking solid sets and reps. I vary enormously. Our body grow accustomed to the one thing. Sometimes I train with body builders. B4 Comp I go super heavy and low reps.

at your sixe i have mates bench 200kg, squat and bench 260 kg. They are Elite class! I just make A grade but am 56!

Good luck, Take time, warm up. John

Read the Westside training and Dr Sust at powerlifting forum. You can also look up Dr squat. All were written by elite lifters. All will work if you work them hard! good luck John
