Im 33 years old been training on and off for years , have done a couple of cycles havnt done one in the last 3 months thou.
i weight 100kg have body fat around abbs which i can grab a handful but am in pretty good shape all around the rest of me.
I have been training consistantly for 3 months now and am ready to start my cycle.
The object here for me is to lose fat and gain mass.
I have put it alll down along with my training routine for you guys to have a look.
If you think theres anything i need to add with the amount off training or my routine or cycle or pct any imput would be great
as i would like to get the most out of this cycle as i can !

Take 1ml sus25o Sun,Tues,Thurs rotating sites using 21gauge for 10 weeks
Take anadrol 50 ed for 6 weeks
take 1.5 g finasterade ed
Take Ai .25g ed for 11 weeks
When finished Ai for 11 weeks start clomid 50 ed for 3 weeks, then nolva 20 ed for 4 weeks.

Diet Needs
Im take strong Multi vitims daily and zinc vitimns
Im taking a strong liver Plex which is a liquid with my anadrol daily.
Taking glutimine before workout and before bed.
Have pleanty of whey protien for recov
Im still working out my exact calourie intake to build upp.
But will be eating lots of food consisting of protien and clean carbs.
Be having a post work ot meal slight high carb for insulin spike.
Dinner will consist just chicken or lean beef with pleanty of vedge.
be cutting food of by 730 at night

Notes.....I train late in the afternoon.
Start each set with a warm up set off 12 reps (light weight)
Then add %25 weight and do 8 reps ,continue doing this until i reach my max weight at 8 reps, that then will be my first Set ,Do two more at the sme weight.
3 sets of 8 reps in total.
Push or Pull the movment fast and return to start of movement slowly.
Alt between week 1 and week 2.
