Im new to all of this. I just graduated high school last year, iv been lifting since i was in 8th grade. I took some supplements that were called Methyl V and M-Stan. I got results but the side effects and crap is does to my body is not worth it. before i took anything i was about 5'9 130 lbs, now i am 6 ft 183 pounds. I want to be up to about 215-220 at least by Christmas, but i dont know what i should take. or anything about it really. I need some ideas for a bulker and cutter. Any info would help.
