    Hello

    Hi

Long time listener - first time caller!

Wanted to say hi and a bit about myself. 31 years old. Been training on and off for a few years and was training solid for the last year before injury - front squats.

Im currently at a terrible 6'5" 110kg 23% bodyfat & recovering from a herniated disc L4-L5 L5-S1 & a server tendonitis (not tendinitis - which i had that) of the thumb. I was 122kg with 18% and I've been out of the gym for 8 months. The tendonitis is still as painful as on day 1 (over 7 months ago) - but i am working with a hand specialist and we think its improving. Now that the disc has calmed down enough with IDD therapy and regular osteopath treatment - swimming & core stability is now possible.

I hope to survive the next month, before slowly moving onto machines, then free weights and finally in 2 months time back to normal but control training.

I plan on supplementing, but will ask for advice in the Q&A section.

    Tx alot D.
