need help with first cycle

im 6'4 235 pounds 21 years old. ive done one cycle before two years ago, did one bottle of test 400 with clomid as post cycle.
just bought two bottles of test 400 and a bottle of anadrol with nolvadex and clomid for post cycle. since ive only done one small cycle before was wondering how much i should do, input is much appreciated.

As your only 21 we do not recommend using AAS. It obvious that you already have a plan as you already have the items in hand.
1st even 2nd cycle should be test only 12 weeks about 500 mg a week, with an AI on hand and pct in place.

Your body is currently naturally producing massive amounts of Test it seems shameful to shut that down to inject the fake stuff with the possibility of harming your natural hormonal system permanently.

okay ill take your advice and not use it. but if i use the test how should i be using it with my post cycle and when should i use the anadrol
