    Hey ,
    I am brand new to this site. I have always wonderd about steroids but have never done them. I almost did when I was 18yrs old. I had the money in my pocket and was going to meet the "guy with the gear". Needless to say I backed out. I had some moral issues with them at the time, and now years later I realise that I really had no idea about them antway and the only info I was able to get at the time was from the guys at the gym I went to. Thank god I held off. I was too young and to nieve. Fast fwd to present. I am now 38 yrs old. I'm getting back into working out after 3 yrs of not touching a weight. This is month #3 of being back and committed. I have been involved with other sports such as boxing, various martial arts, and big mountain snowmobiling. I'm not completely out of shape but definatley not where I'd like to be. My cadio sucks but I'm not fat. I weigh 220Lbs and am 6'2" tall. I have recently gone for a physical exam and have been put on blood pressure medication for the last 2 months. It is hereditary in my family. My blood pressure is now in the optimal zone. My diet is what I consider to be healthy, but could probably use a few more calories. I have naturally gained 5 Lbs in the 3 months I've been back. I was 238Lbs at my heaviest and most commited 3 yrs ago. Not fat but not the physique I had sought after. I am naturally thick in the chest. In fact right now I barley even work it out because i want to build up my core, legs, back, and arms. I have lots of questions. I also have 1 x15mg Sustanon 250, 2 x 10mg Sustanon 300, 200-10mg Dianabol tablets, 1 tinkture of Arimidex, and lots of nolvadex. I have the swabs and the pins all ready to go but am still apprehensive about the whole deal. I have been doing some reading and researching and I am cosidering a 12 week cycle consisting of 1cc 2 x weekly of the Sustanon 300, 10mg 2 x daily of Dianabol for the first 4 weeks, and Arimidex every other day. I welcome any thoughts on this first cycle. I am still nervous about the blood pressure though. Can i consider myself to not have high blood pressure now that I'm taking medication for it? I'm also concerned about my moods while I'm on but more importantly when I'm off. Does anyone have any input on their state of mind before and after ? Also, if anyone has done this stack and has some feed back on it that would be awesome.

    Welcome...1st cycle should be test only; about 500mgs a week. Repost in the Q&A section for responses.

    Welcome! Good intro.

    My advice: Test only first cycle. Why? If you react badly to it, your reaction to other compounds will be much worse.

    Dial in your diet drop body fat to 15 % and train consistently for another year so your body and can hold newly formed muscle and weight increase of lifting

    Then look into a test only cycle with pct

    Good luck!!
