Hey,
Found this site a few days ago. So far I've been reading the forums and soaking in as much info as I can.
I'm huge into cardio, 30-40 miles of mountain biking per week. Constantly running, and not even tracking how far I run per day/week.
I'm getting tired of going out on the town and shirts not fitting me right, and people telling me I look skinny.
I've decided to start cutting my cardio, upping my calories(the right way) and hitting the weights again HARD.
Once I have to move up in shirt sizes and my body looks really bulky, I'll be happy. Until then, I'm hungry.
Anyways, Just wanted to thank everyone for the info on here and for the future help.
