Thread: My wife takes Oxycontin regularly

    My wife takes Oxycontin regularly

My wife has taken Oxycontin regularly for several years now. She does not abuse it nor is she addicted to it. She would like to lose 10-20 "VANITY" pounds, but she doesn't want anything that will increase her heart rate too much. Everything we read about shows the side effect of hypertrophy. Can anybody help us? Thank you.

    Welcome!

Depending on her current BF%/weight, losing 10 lbs is not difficult at all and can be done in 30 days or less naturally. I would recommend that she visit our nutrition forums for advice. Diet and Cardio will do wonders. And if she is "Overweight", it is not recommended to run any enhancers.

    Best of luck to her.

    Welcome to the board mate
I'd be a little concerned if my woman took an opiate for a few years, hopefully not regularly though?
