Hi all, great site and great info, I'm 23, 6 foot 1, 207 pounds, been training about 4 years now, I have recently bought some test cyp, I'm doing 1.5 mil a week injecting into my glute with nolvadex as a pct, is there any other advice you can offer me or tell me if I'm going wrong anywhere, my diet is good and I train 4 times a week, thanks in advance!
