    Need all the Help i can get !

    Alright guys here we go, i joined awhile back had very basic knowledge about anything. I was looking to just jump into something and see what happens(thank god i didn't) after looking over the threads for a couple months now i am back again ready to take the leap.

    22 years old
    6'
    195-198 lbs
    bf% i am hoping to get later on today i feel that im around 18-20%
    lifting for about 3 years

    i know people say just to run test for the 1st time but i feel if i go i wanna jump in so heres my plans
    dbol week 1-4
    Decca week 1-10
    test-e week 1-12
    arimidex, Nov or Col

    as far as my diet i snagged a good plan out of the nutrition section awhile back and have been sticking pretty well

    my supps are pretty basic protein protein protein multi vit n preworkout

    so there it is lemme know what ya think

    You should hold off a few ore years. You risk damaging your HPTA and dealing with issues from that for life. You could easily add more size and loose some bf% over the next couple years. When I was 22 I was the same height and pretty close to the same weight. My bf% was lower but since then (iill be 24 in 8 days) Ive been able to put on 30lbs naturally and stay lean. You can learn a lot in the extra time you wait. Diet is the key.

    so after all that reasurch this is the plan you came up with?...you do realize your crapping all over the sound advise the people with real experiance/knowledge have given to countless young peeps as yourself...so what makes you different? why do you feel this is the opportune time to run a cycle when its been advised against over and over?...what knowledge have you actually gained besides steroids=big?...have you not read any of the testamonys of young people such as yourself taking steroids and regreting it?...

    Welcome but have to totally agree with Gettoboyd. Your body-fat is a bit high and your first cycle plan should be test only, oh and by the way your a bit young
