Alright guys here we go, i joined awhile back had very basic knowledge about anything. I was looking to just jump into something and see what happens(thank god i didn't) after looking over the threads for a couple months now i am back again ready to take the leap.

as far as my diet i snagged a good plan out of the nutrition section awhile back and have been sticking pretty well
my supps are pretty basic protein protein protein multi vit n preworkout
