Ive been looking around for a new forum and it looks like ive found the place. I just wanted to take some time A introduce myself. I live in the US and have worked for my state for 15 years. Been in the gym nearly my whole life. I run 6-12 miles per day everyday. Im 35 years old 5'7" 170 pounds. 2 years ago i weighed 235-240 and could only squat 135 and bench 90 or so. Got myself down to 143 pounds and hit the gym and treadmills HARD! Now days i squat 380-400 and bench 275. Been a long road getting in shape again. Anyways, thought it was a good time for my first post.
