    Long time reader, first time poster

    Hey everyone, been lurking on this site and other for last ten years researching and filling in blanks of what i already know. Little about myself, Im 6'1" 215 about 8-9% bf finishing up my 6th cycle next week. Looking to do a serious comp next april, hope everyones exp and knowledge can help me get were i want to be come next april.

    forgot to add been lifiting over the corse of 15 years with only a few years worth of breaks here and there
