I'm 20 years old and a former college football player until I tore my achilles, since then i've layed off weights. I once was a walking muscle and shredded. I've since added 20 pounds and have fat covering my abs, hips and arms. I've never cycled before and I'm wondering what is a good first cycle? And diet that can cut. If you could please fill me in on maybe even a dieter that will help. I'm determined to get back to how I was before my baby is born! I'm 5'9" 190 pounds with 20% bf. Please no rude comments just want some tips!
