Hi,Im 28 from Canada ,I have started working out when I was 23.I started really skinny,I'm real small I started off at 115-120 lbs and have since gained to 145 lbs,I've worked really hard to get to that,and I have stayed on this weight for a long time and recently have been feeling I should be even heavier than this by now,I have been feeling real down about this and I thought I need to try out a cycle to boost my gains and also confidence.I have read the novice guide and I thought I should start there.I shall keep on researching more on this forum,but if anyone could give me advice on this,it will be greatly appreciated.
