New guy here, don't know where to go. Have a slight issue.

Hey, name is Mike. New here(just found this forum).. and I have a problem.

I'm just comming off my cycle and not sure where to post about this.

I'm on T4 and Primo (inj.) and I'm comming off it, currently on .5. Going onto .4ml for the next inj. This past Wed I noticed my Right thyroid was swollen and enlarged. Now my Neck is somewhat all sore, more swollen and physically swollowing is discomforting. Looking for some answers or reassurance this'll all go away?

Also am on Winnie/nolvadex oral pills but I'm done those/ none issue.

Thanks for any assistance, Hope I don't upset anyone with this type of post being here in this area of the forum.
