    Hello

    Name is Nick or Noke as my account name.

    I am 22 years old... Recently got into the exercising/eating properly fad and also started experimenting with some steroids.

    Started at 255lbs and now down to 227lbs. I am 6ft tall as well.

    Will post a pic of what I got when I can
