Hi im new to the site.... Just a few tips please ... Here goes....... Im 23 5' 10... Weigh 11 stone....... Gonna start med tech or med lab what ever its called tt300 and deca 300, 2ml of each on monday n thursday...... My most concern is my diet.... I realy could do with some tips for every meal thru the day and how many meals I should have.... Any info will be a massive boost for me, gonna do chest/shoulds.... Back/arms alternate days for 6 days a week... Ant trained for 2 yrs so guna put em thru hell
