I was a swimmer in high school and was always a skinny guy but since I was a little kid I always dreamed about being muscular and super fit. Not body-builder jacked, but decently built as far as being fit goes. I'm about 5'10'' and last I weighed myself at around 156lbs, but that was about a month ago before I really started training again.
Let me know where to post for diet, workout and other helpful info please!
